Will there be customs or import charges on my order?
In some cases, international orders will incur additional customs or import charges that are NOT included in the price you have paid for the product or shipping. We do not cover these charges, and they will be charged by the courier before you can collect your items.
If you refuse to pay these charges the order may be returned to us by the courier. In the event of this, we will refund the full order minus the cost of the shipment being returned to us.
Please note that in some cases if the charges are not paid, the order is left as abandoned and will not be returned to us. If we do not receive the order back, we will be unable to refund it. We are not liable for non-payment of these charges.
Will tariff changes impact USA orders?
In most cases, yes. We manufacture products globally, and Trump's tariff changes mean most products will be subject to additional charges and import duties, regardless of where they are sent from (our UK warehouse). Some of our pieces are made in China, and these will be subject to the highest import duties, which must be paid by the customer.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping over certain order totals - make sure to update the shipping option at checkout to select the free option.

Worldwide - Free shipping on orders over £250

- Orders may be subject to duties and import fees that the customer is liable for, please check the regulations regarding this for your country as we are not liable to pay these on your behalf
How long do orders take to arrive?
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, within 48 hours. In busier periods like drop days, Christmas and sale events wait times may increase due to the volume of orders we have to process.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions that may be updated from time to time. You can check if we ship to your country on the checkout page. Currently, we are not able to ship to the following countries:

- Belarus
- Ukraine
- Iraq
- Palestine
