Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We can accept returns for either refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

All items will be inspected upon return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We cannot refund any items that have been washed or worn. Items must also be in the original packaging with the tags. Any items deemed to be ineligible for an exchange/refund will be returned to the customer.

Sales of gift cards and any downloadable software products are final and are non-refundable.

Shipping Returns:

We do not offer free returns, however returns can be processed through our online portal, which can be found here. Please use your order number without the IM prefix, for example IM12345 should be 12345. You must print the returns slip, and attach the address label as per the instructions on the portal.

We do not cover the costs of returning items, unless they are deemed faulty with proof of the fault/damage provided to us via email prior to the return.

We cannot be held accountable for any returns or exchanges lost in transit; therefore, we advise that they are sent via trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are also sent back via our portal here. Please use your order number without the IM prefix, for example IM12345 should be 12345.

For UK orders we will send the exchanged item out to you with no additional shipping cost, however international orders will incur a charge for re-shipping.
