Will there be customs or import charges on my order?
USA, EU and most ROW orders are now shipped DDP, which means the delivery, duties and taxes are all paid. This means you know the total in advance, and you're not charged extra fees for handling by couriers. We collect these from you at checkout, and pay them accordingly.
Will tariff changes impact USA orders?
The price you pay is final, but this will change whenever there are any changes to tariffs. We calculate these at checkout based on the most recent charges, and collect and pay this on your behalf. The price you pay is final.

UK - Free on orders over £160
- £4.95 - Royal Mail Standard (2-3 days)
- £6.95 - Royal Mail Express (1-2 days)

How long do orders take to ship?
Our warehouse is open 7 days a week. UK placed before 8pm are dispatched same day, as well as international orders placed before 4pm.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship worldwide, with some exceptions that may be updated from time to time. You can check if we ship to your country on the checkout page. Currently, we are not able to ship to the following countries due additional costs by couriers for escalated risks in:
- Russia
- Belarus
- Ukraine
- Iraq
- Palestine
- Israel
