Will there be customs or import charges on my order?
USA, EU and most ROW orders are now shipped DDP, which means the delivery, duties and taxes are all paid. This means you know the total in advance, and you're not charged extra fees for handling by couriers. We collect these from you at checkout, and pay them accordingly.
Will tariff changes impact USA orders?
The price you pay is final, but this will change whenever there are any changes to tariffs. We calculate these at checkout based on the most recent charges, and collect and pay this on your behalf. The price you pay is final.

How long do orders take to ship?
Our warehouse is open 7 days a week. UK placed before 8pm are dispatched same day, as well as international orders placed before 4pm.
Do you ship worldwide?
We are currently only able to ship to the UK due to changes to packaging and duties rules in the EU. As a result, we have temporarily had to pause international shipping across the board whilst we work on a solution ahead of Black Friday and Christmas, thanks for your patience whilst we sort it out.
